June 24, 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Why this topic matters
A changing world places new demands on innovators’ mindsets and skills. With the rise of social media, the traditional way in which sales has been conducted is being disrupted. Your prized staff – your key innovators – are now able to build the presence of the organisation and build engagement and trust with prospects like never before. But are you and your people grasping this opportunity? Gain valuable personal inspiration that could pay great dividends for your business.
Each of our events allows rich Q&A with our speakers and the opportunity to further contextualise the material for your organisation in dialogue with peers.

Adam Gray, Co-founder DLAignite
DLAignite helps organisations to become “social organisations” by using the power of social media to connect a business to their staff, prospects, customers and investors. DLAignite teaches employees how to leverage the power of social media marketing, social selling and social advocacy, because these get engagement from customers and prospects, while traditional ads or corporate update posts get little or none, other than from staff.
Originally Adam was accepted at one of the world’s top music conservatories, destined for life as a professional violinist. Injury set him on a different path – retail, sales, design, marketing and finally social media.
As DLAignite moves from being a predominantly “social selling” company to being a business transformation company, Adam’s 30+ years in corporate life proves deeply relevant to how social media affects marketing, sales and HR, how small businesses need to react, and how large enterprises need to embrace this new environment. Furthermore, his time spent on stage as a performer shines when he talks to an audience or trains a room full of changemakers who want to make a difference.
“The harder I practice, the luckier I get” was popularised by Arnold Palmer and Gary Player. Adam’s equivalent for social media? “Maintaining my online presence increases the likelihood I’ll be in the right place at the right time”. A cornerstone of the success that you too can create for your business.
