Transitioning into a new world brings new tensions\, strains and decisions.  How do you bring your people with you and continue to innovate?  Gain plenty of inspiration and ideas for practical action. \nEach of our events allows rich Q&A with our speakers and the opportunity to further contextualise the material for your organisation in dialogue with peers. \nTo join us simply register below. \nSpeakers\n					\n						\n\n					\n				\n					\n						Erik Hoppenbrouwer \nCEO at The Key Co.\, Business Performance Consultant\, Lean Expert\, Executive & Team Coach \nFor more than 25 years\, Erik has held positions up to boardroom level in global companies and led successful transformations.  Before founding The Key Co \, Erik was Managing Director at SPITS\, part of Alliance Healthcare\, where he introduced a strategy that included moving to a new facility\, updating to state of the art technology\, setting up an innovation platform and a lean 6 sigma program.  The culture became positive\, proud and pro-active\, and profitability doubled. \nOther roles included Co-founder of GxPartners which supports production companies in the pharmaceutical\, food supplements and cosmetic industry with operations and quality issues. Between 2010 and 2015 Erik was Chief Operations Officer at Fagron Group.
