June 2020 Interviews:

We will be running a series of interviews in June with key experts addressing four landscape horizons of relevance to innovators:

Week 1:  GLOBAL

  • Monday: Natural resource demands and energy implications | Prof Richard Herrington, Natural History Museum
  • Tuesday: Energy implications of cloud storage and data transmission | John Patsavellas, Cranfield School of Management
  • Wednesday: Sustainable energy and Transportation | Prof Stephen Potter, OU
  • Thursday: Live Café for members to converse on the topics | Community Zoom café

Week 2:  NATIONAL

  • Monday: Decarbonising energy in the UK | Jon Saltmarsh, BEIS
  • Tuesday: Fusion, cryogenics and magnets | Paul Noonan, Latrigg
  • Wednesday: The cutting edge of UK plastics recycling | Keith Freegard, Co-Founder of Axion
  • Thursday: Live Café for members to converse on the topics | Community Zoom café

Week 3:  ORGANISATIONAL

  • Monday: Tech innovation, flexible working now and post-pandemic | Mark Soras-Leslie, Beringar
  • Tuesday: Crisis as an opportunity for Business Model innovation | Dr Clive Savory, visiting fellow Cranfield
  • Wednesday: Change and more change | Elvin Turner, Strategy Advisor
  • Thursday: Live Café for members to converse on the topics | Community Zoom café

Week 4:  INDIVIDUAL

  • Monday: Leading innovation in different circumstances | Dave Wardle, Rewyred
  • Tuesday: New ways of working post-pandemic | Val Abl, OD Specialist
  • Wednesday: Trauma, creativity and innovation | Siobhan Soraghan, Director, Active Insight
  • Thursday: Live Café for members to converse on the topics | Community Zoom café

Links will be issued to members throughout June and the weekly café will be held to reflect upon and dialogue about the content.

Non-members are welcome to attend the interviews and will be warmly welcomed to the Cafés too.
Cost for Non-Members to attend: £700 + VAT.
You will then receive recordings of all the interviews held in June 2020.
